01. The Challenge

Complexity at Scale
Legacy architecture and an incomplete design system made the platform difficult to use and nearly impossible to scale. Key pain points included:
• Information Overload: A cluttered sidebar and confusing navigation hindered user efficiency.
• Inconsistency: Fragmented components and spacing slowed down the development of new features.
• Functional Gaps: The existing UI couldn't support critical new modules (Budgeting, Approvals, Risk Ratings).
