A prominent organization recognized the need to enhance its internal feedback mechanisms to better engage employees and gather actionable insights. The goal was to develop an advanced questionnaire system that would streamline the process of creating, distributing, and analyzing employee feedback. Analysis and Reporting: Implementing tools for analyzing results and generating insightful graphs and reports.
