The project kicked off with brainstorming sessions, drawing on insights from user feedback, to outline a feature that would make inviting participants effortless and flexible. The team explored various approaches to streamline the invitation process while enhancing user control.

Designers created UI/UX prototypes that integrated the new invitation features, focusing on simplicity and user intuition. These designs were then translated into interactive prototypes for user testing.
User flow
